　　Well, the thing I do to keep fit is working out in the gym on a regular basis.

　　Before I joined the gym, I used to be weak and heavy, you may not believe this, but I used to weigh 170 pounds. After training for a semester, I'd successfully lost 30 pounds and my health condition has improved a lot.

　　Here's what I do in the gym:

　　Every time I go there, I would do a 20 minutes' warm-up by jogging on the treadmill. And then my personal trainer would give me some guidance to build my muscles, to train my strength, you know. My trainer asks me to lift weights as part of my training. Each time, I'll have to repeat this for 30 times, each arm.(此处应有body language) Although my muscles are not that obvious, you see,(此处同样应该有 body language ,给*看不那么obvious的肌肉......)I do feel that I' m much more powerful than before.

　　I've been doing this for almost a year, and I have to say, if s definitely a perfect way to stay in shape.

　　I'm now more focused during class, and my efficiency is much higher when I'm working on my assignment maybe that's because I don't feel tired that easily, like I used to be. Oh, and my grades in PE class has improved as well.

　　So you see, if someone wants to stay healthy, I would strongly advise him or her to get a gym membership card, it would be totally worth it.
