　　I prefer the long break to short breaks. During the break, I would like to go to the cafe to have a drink or go to the wash room to clean my hands, which cost more than 15 minutes once. So I need the long break for more than 20 minutes.

　　2、What do you usually do during the break?

　　During the break, going to the toilet, having a drink and playing video games are the normal things. But sometimes, I have to reply the messages and phone calls during the break.

　　3、Why do you need to take a break?

　　When I am studying, I always need the break to have a rest in order to increase my studying efficiency，especially when I am learning the English. For doing sports, I need the break to have the water. When I am driving on the high way, I have to break every two hours in order to keep safety.

　　4、 How often do you take a break?

　　Generally, during studying and driving, I take a break every two hours. However, when I am playing the video games on cellphone and computer, I take a break every 4 or 5 hours.
